The Four Pines difference
Responsibly raised. We maintain a low-stress environment for our animals and treat them ethically. Happy animals means better beef.
Artfully finished. Proper finishing (fattening before processing) makes all the difference when raising grass-fed beef. We finish our cattle between 60-90 days on spring grass, fall grass, and cereal rye. The result is superb tasting beef that consistently rates choice or high select.
Professionally packaged. Our beef is processed in a USDA inspected facility, vacuum-sealed in BPA*-free plastic, and frozen for a long shelf life. Beef can be kept frozen for more than a year without any decline in quality.
*BPA is an allegedly toxic compound found in some plastics.
