Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is an increasingly popular way for consumers to buy local, seasonal food...typically a box of vegetables directly from a farmer. In our case, CSA means that the consumer can purchase a Whole, Half, or Quarter Beef that will be stored on site and shipped in 25lb increments (the equivalent of a mini pack) upon request. I will NEVER buy or eat factory farmed/storebought meat again. In fact...when we run out of Four Pines...we eat tofu! Everything about this meat makes me smile...and I used to be a vegetarian!
