We sell our beef in bulk. This allows us to guarantee a high-quality product while keep our prices competitive to those of conventionally raised beef found in your neighborhood grocery store. Requests for individual cuts can be accommodated. Contact us for more information.

A mix of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and stew meat. Packs come in 12lb (sampler pack) 25lb (mini-pack) or 50lb (family pack) sizes. All packs have the same cut distribution (22% steaks, 24% roasts, 48% ground beef, 6% stew meat). Why choose value packs?

Buy a whole, quarter, or half beef up front, and we store the beef for you on site. A 25 lb mix of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and stew meat (the equivalent of a mini-pack) will then be sent to you on request. Why choose a CSA option?

Cuts

Each pack contains a mix of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and stew meat (see graph at left). Each shipment of a CSA option will contain the equivalent of a mini-pack.
While actual cuts will vary, common cuts include T-bone steaks, New York steaks, Rib steaks, Pot roasts, Sirloin roasts, and more. Visit our order page for more information about each individual pack.

Shipping

We ship to areas within two-day ground shipping from the ranch, indicated by the GREEN region on the map at right. Our beef ships in 25 lb insulated boxes with cold packs. The beef can easily withstand a 2-3 day commute in this environment.
A prepaid return shipping label is attached to each box. We ask that you please help us reduce our environmental impact by sending the boxes back. Just drop them off at the nearest UPS location.
