We are really enjoying the beef. I grew up on a farm where we raised our own cows and chickens. I have really missed the fresh and wholesome taste of grass-fed beef. The stuff they sell in most grocery stores is terrible and has a very off-putting odor to it. It is so great to be able to cook beef that smells and tastes wonderful!
I was really surprised at how good the beef is. I don't think I'll ever buy beef from the supermarket again.

I will NEVER buy or eat factory farmed/storebought meat again. In fact...when we run out of Four Pines...we eat tofu! Everything about this meat makes me smile...and I used to be a vegetarian!
