We've thus far cooked burgers and meatloaf using the ground beef, and Danielle and I are totally sold on grass-fed beef. In addition to the amazing flavor, we find the end result is "fluffier" (for lack of a better word) than when we've cooked with regular beef. We're not sure why, but it's amazing. We can't wait to try the steaks. Thanks!

I will NEVER buy or eat factory farmed/storebought meat again. In fact...when we run out of Four Pines...we eat tofu! Everything about this meat makes me smile...and I used to be a vegetarian!
