We've thus far cooked burgers and meatloaf using the ground beef, and Danielle and I are totally sold on grass-fed beef. In addition to the amazing flavor, we find the end result is "fluffier" (for lack of a better word) than when we've cooked with regular beef. We're not sure why, but it's amazing. We can't wait to try the steaks. Thanks! |

Just want to thank the entire Jager family for providing such a superior product. I will NEVER buy or eat factory farmed/storebought meat again. In fact...when we run out of Four Pines...we eat tofu! Everything about this meat makes me smile...and I used to be a vegetarian! |

We are really enjoying the beef. I grew up on a farm where we raised our own cows and chickens. I have really missed the fresh and wholesome taste of grass-fed beef. The stuff they sell in most grocery stores is terrible and has a very off-putting odor to it. It is so great to be able to cook beef that smells and tastes wonderful! |
