No Shipping between Dec 20 and Jan 2.

 This map represents the areas where we can ship our beef with the current insulation and ice packs.  The yellow portions on this map take one day, the light brown portions take two days, and the green portions take three days.  To ensure delivery before weekends, we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.  We cannot ship to any states beyond this map or to the red areas in New Mexico.

Design your own 12.5 lb or 25 lb pack

Using the contact form, tell us the individual cuts that you would like to include in your box.  You don't have to choose exactly 12.5 or 25 lb but those are two box sizes we use at this point and that is the maximum amount that would fit.


Using the individual cuts price list and the actual pounds we pack, we will then send you an invoice either through Paypal, email, or postal mail.  When payment is complete, we will ship the box to you.
