Shipping of the new 2019 harvest in these bulk quantities will begin October 28.

Besides being able to choose individual finished cuts, we offer the option of buying a whole, half, or quarter beef. Not all animals will yield the same quantity of beef, so we have standardized the bulk options with a whole beef being 400# of finished cuts. We don’t include any organ meats or bones in the bulk options except the bones in the chuck roast and arm roast, so that’s a lot of meat.

You have the option of picking up your beef at the ranch or you can opt to pay $25 per box to have it shipped to your door. Our boxes have 2” thick super insulation and include 8 gel cold packs which will keep the beef frozen for up to 5 days on the road. We include a prepaid return shipping label so you can return the box to us and not have to put it in the garbage. We can rewrap the insulation and refreeze the cold packs to use again.

A whole beef will include approximately 200# of ground beef, 4 arm roasts, 8 chuck roasts, 2 brisket points and 2 brisket flats, 4 rump roasts, 4 sirloin tip roasts, 2 tri-tip roasts, 2 flank steaks, 20 rib-eye steaks, 20 NY steaks, 8 tenderloins, 20 sirloin steaks. Considering pounds, that is approximately 50% ground beef, 30% roasts, 20% steaks. If we are shipping a whole beef to you, it would take 16 boxes. You will need a 14 cubic foot freezer for storage.

A half beef will include approximately 100# of ground beef, 2 arm roasts, 4 chuck roasts, 1 brisket point and 1 brisket flat, 2 rump roasts, 2 sirloin tip roasts, 1 tri-tip roast, 1 flank steak, 10 rib-eye steaks, 10 NY steaks, 4 tenderloins, 10 sirloin steaks. Again the ratio is approximately 50% ground beef, 30% roasts, 20% steaks. If we are shipping a half beef to you, it would take 8 boxes. You will need a 7 cubic foot freezer for storage.

A quarter beef will include approximately 50# of ground beef, 2 arm roasts, 4 chuck roasts, 1 brisket point or flat, 2 rump roasts, 2 sirloin tip roasts, 1 tri-tip roast or flank steak, 5 rib-eye steaks, 5 NY steaks, 2 tenderloins, 5 sirloin steaks. The ratio is again approximately 50% ground beef, 30% roasts, 20% steaks. If we are shipping a quarter beef to you, it would take 4 boxes. You will need a 3.5 cubic foot freezer for storage.
