The Rib-eye steak comes from the rib section spanning ribs six through twelve. Our Rib-eye steaks are the center portion of the rib steak without the bone. Coming from the lightly worked upper rib cage are, these steaks are very tender. Our steaks are 1.5” thick and are packaged as singles or as doubles.
