Shipping

  This map represents the areas where we can ship our beef with the current insulation and ice packs.  The yellow portions on this map take one day, the light brown portions take two days, and the green portions take three days.  To ensure delivery before weekends, we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.  We cannot ship to any states beyond this map or to the red areas in New Mexico.

Variety pack options

We offer three variety pack and three bulk purchasing options for our USDA processed beef.   (Please contact us for availability of bulk options.)

The contents of each pack are selected to approximate our weight percentage of yield per animal:  20% steaks, 20% roasts, 60% ground beef. 

 

While actual cuts will vary, our steaks include a selection from flat iron, New York, rib-eye, tenderloin, top sirloin, and flank steak.  Our roasts include arm, chuck, rump, shoulder, sirloin tip, and tri-tip.  Other cuts that may be available include sliced shanks, skirt steaks, briskets, and standing rib roast. .

Ground beef pack option

Packed conveniently in 1# packs, our ground beef is processed not to exceed 12% fat content.  Nothing is added to the beef and each pack comes from one known animal.   Our sampler box will hold 13-14 packs, over 13# of ground beef.  The mini box will hold 26-28 packs, at least 26# of ground beef.

Design your own pack option

Using our individual cuts price list, you can create your own mix of meat to fit into either the 12.5 or 25 pound box.  Email us using the contact form with your choices indicating number of items or packs.  The sizes of our individual cuts varies so we will then match your selections and create an invoice based on the weight.  The invoice can be sent through Paypal or by email for your check payment.
